Baseball GloveWe had a great time at the Akron Area Board of Realtors annual trade show and expo at Guy’s Party Center in Akron, OH.  This year’s theme was sports.  Keeping with the retro image, our booth was vintage baseball. We didn’t just stage the booth. Because the Cleveland Indians are doing so well, we gave ourselves makeovers to look like Cleveland Indians players and showed our appreciation for the Tribe.

Ceilings don’t have to be stark white anymore!  In fact Cleveland-based interior designer Christopher Lowell states that leaving ceilings white is like having a white sheet over all your decor.  We like to color our floor and walls, why not the ceilings as well!  Use a lighter version of the wall color or another neutral to add contrast.  Remember:  neutral is not limited to white, off-white or beige.  Light browns, tans and taupes should also be considered.
